ED KRUG
 
Ed Krug was President and General Counsel of one of the top five independent vendor management companies in the United States. At Service Link, Mr. Krug was responsible for day-to-day operations and managing the significant growth of a single site facility with over 385 employees. Prior to that, he was Vice President and Counsel for Stewart Title Guaranty Company, a major title insurance underwriter.

Mr. Krug began his career at Alter, Wright & Barron, where he was Associate Counsel.

He has also served as Counsel and Chief Operations Officer for Cogito, Inc., a computer software developer, and as General Attorney and Litigation Specialist with the United States Department of Energy. Earlier in his career, Mr. Krug was President and Senior Attorney of Krug and Associates, a seven-member law firm specializing in representing financial institutions and commercial and real estate transaction law.

Mr. Krug received his undergraduate and law degrees from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He is a member of the American, Pennsylvania and Allegheny County Bar Associations, and was admitted to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, Federal District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and Third Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a licensed title insurance agent in thirty states.

Mr. Krug is a member of the American Land Title Association and the Pennsylvania Land Title Association. He also served as 2002 President and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Title/Appraisal Vendor Management Association (TAVMA).

RAMESH DAGA
 
With an illustrious career spanning a period of over 40 years, Mr. Daga brings to the table invaluable knowledge and expertise especially in the fields of corporate governance and enterprise management.

A top ranker in his Mechanical Engineering batch from Banaras Hindu University, India, Mr. Daga also holds educational degrees from several renowned international universities – Stanford and Harvard just to name a few.

Mr. Daga has served as Chairman and Managing Director of GEC ALSTHOM, India, Managing Director – Gujarat Heavy
Chemicals and as Non Executive Director of Techbooks Inc., Fairfax VA. He has also chaired several councils of the CII (Confederation of Indian Industries) such as the Indo-French Business Council, Indo-Korean Business Council, Chemical and Petrochemical Committee and the Jury for Business Excellence Award.

RAKESH GUPTA  
As chairman and co-founder of TechBooks, Rakesh Gupta is responsible for strategic direction and market analysis for the company he founded with his brother and sister in 1988.

Rakesh speaks often to business audiences on his role in pioneering XML publishing processes and building TechBooks into a global corporation. Before launching TechBooks, Rakesh worked for two years as a product manager at the Oracle Corporation, where he marketed the company's PC-based, end-user tools.

A native of Marietta, Ohio, Rakesh has a master's degree in business administration from Carnegie Mellon University and a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Ohio State University.

Rakesh Gupta brings with him a rich experience in transitioning businesses from the US to India.

DAVID OLSON
 
David Olson is president of Wholesale Access Mortgage Research and Consulting in Maryland and previous recipient of the Industry Distinguished Service Award from the National Association of Mortgage Brokers.

Since 1991, Olson has conducted studies and published research for the mortgage industry, including Home Equity Lines of Credit for the American Bankers Association, The Wholesale Directory and The Home Equity Loan Market Study.

He is an active speaker at many industry conventions and corporate meetings. He has also served on government committees and court cases as an expert witness. Prior to his
own practice, Olsen was vice president and chief economist of SMR Research Corp. in New Jersey where he co-authored several studies on the mortgage industry.

He is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association of America, Maryland Association of Mortgage Brokers, National Association of Mortgage Brokers and founded the Baltimore Economics Society, a group comprised of key executives of financial services firms in that city.
